Here's another summer drink from our resident bartender, Thomas Cincotti!
Dark and Stormy
*Fill highball glass with ice.
*Fill 3/4 of the glass with Ginger Beer.
*Float 2oz of Gosling Dark Rum.
*Garnish with lime
*Drink and repeat!

ReplyDeleteGoslings Rum is the only export from the island of bermuda if im not mistaken... i feel like i learned that once visiting.
I also learned that compared to the rum swizzle this went down like a handful of nails the first time i tried it... however the next time i tried one it hit the spot.

Hey Food Guy ... I'll get you a recipe for a new drink if you want. It's called a Sunchunck Girl. You order it "sweet" (on rocks) or "Sexy" (straight up) haha...
